I should have the ability to copy or clone a workspace, but I should also have the ability to move the workspace, rather than having to copy it and then delete it. This could be accomplished through the same menu where Clone is available, or if I had the ability to have multiple workspaces visible in the command bar to drag a space to a different workspace.
