Most records added to a space are intrinsically private. URLs are an exception. It's incredibly helpful to be able to see what's in a record. Today, there is no ability to see what is included in the record beyond the summary provided. This is incredibly important as Medullar becomes more Teams-focused. The small amount of text provided to identify a record is insufficient to properly identify that record to any team member, save the one who uploaded it. And often it's insufficient for a team member who uploaded the record to know which version of the record it is. It would be incredibly helpful, both to be able to open most records, as well as to see versioning information on those records. Moreover, as the number of records in a space becomes larger, it would be helpful to be able to organize those records in a manner that makes finding and managing them easier. While doing this is important, it's also important to be able to maintain privacy as desired for records in a space. But that could be handled on a record-by-record basis.
