Ability to add users to a space from outside the account.

Currently, I can only add users to a space who are within the account. This creates a number of problems. The two most critical are:
- I can't split accounts across a company. It would be great to have an account within the marketing group and another account within operations or product management. This is difficult to do today. However, if I were able to have these multiple accounts, it would be important to be able to invite people into a space between the accounts.
- I have no ability to add someone to a space who is not part of that account or even that company. Consultants who might wish to introduce Medullar to multiple accounts must have an additional company-paid account for each client they work for. While the cost is not particularly onerous, the inability to clone spaces into a shared account is problematic.
Proposed solution.
In the panel where we add users to an account, there should be the ability to add any Medullar account holder. For security purposes, we might restrict those account holders by domain. If this is the case, then the account admin should be able to set up allowable domains or allowable users in the same facility where they add users to an account.
This might also create the ability for a "super user," which would be an account capable of sharing across multiple domains.
